Star actress Keerthy Suresh and talented actor Suhaas teamed up for an entertaining comedy drama, Uppu Kappurambu. Directed by Ani Sasi of Ninnila Ninnila fame, this movie is an Amazon Original film and will have its direct OTT release on July 4 in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam and Hindi languages.
Touted to be a rural comedy drama set against the backdrop of a cemetery, this movie is produced by Radhika Lavu under the Ellenar Films banner.
The makers made the release date official by releasing the first look poster today. Both Keerthy and Suhaas are award-winning actors who enjoy a good craze among Telugu audiences. Going by the vibe and interesting theme of the film, it would have been good if the makers opted for a theatrical release at least for a few weeks.
The teaser and trailer of the film are expected to be released soon. After a gap of almost two years, Keerthy is returning to Telugu cinema with this movie. Keerthy’s last few films couldn’t reach expectations and ended up as disappointments. It has to be seen if she strikes gold with Uppu Kappurambu.
The music of Uppu Kappurambu is composed by Sweekar Agasthi and Rajesh Murugesan. Sreejith Sarang is the editor of the film.
