Is All Ok In Anirudh’s Kingdom?

Vijay Deverakonda’s Kingdom has been getting postponed over the last couple of months for various reasons. Sometimes, the makers pushed the release to accommodate certain dates for other films and sometimes, the delay in the post-production work results in the postponement.

The makers have earlier planned to release the film on July 25th, but as Hari Hara Veera Mallu took that date, Kingdom will be pushed to August if HHVM stick to the July 24th release date.

According to the reports, Anirudh hasn’t completed his work for the Kingdom yet. On the flip side, he recently announced that the final event of his “Hukum” musical tour will be held in Chennai on July 26. On August 14, Anirudh has a big release in the form of Superstar Rajinikanth’s Coolie. So, he has to complete Coolie’s work by the end of July. So, to accomodate his time for Coolie, Anirudh has to complete Kingdom’s work before July 20. If that doesn’t happen, Kingdom may get further delayed in the next month.

Earlier, Kingdom’s producer Naga Vamsi mentioned various times that Anirudh wouldn’t be able to deliver his best if pressurised. So, Vamsi confirmed that he will wait even if it’s late, as Anirudh gives his best when given a good amount of time. The other day, Vamsi also tweeted that the team is working around the clock to deliver the best output and promised that Kingdom would deliver an adrenaline rush experience once it hits the theatres. He said that the new release date will be announced with a teaser soon.

Directed by Gautam Tinnanuri of Jersey fame, Kingdom features Bhagyashri Bhorse as the female lead.
