Pooja Hegde Pins All Hopes On Tamil Comeback!

Pooja Hegde is a star heroine in South who does not have a great track record in recent times. Ever since she quit Guntur Kaaram, the subsequent films have not been successful. She pinned many hopes on Suriya’s Retro, but even that project could not bring her success. Despite scoring a flop in Tamil, she continues to test her luck in the industry. The latest reports say that she will act with Dhanush.

Pooja already has Jana Nayagan, starring Thalapathy Vijay. The film’s shoot is wrapped up and this will be Pooja’s next release. Most likely, the film will get solid openings since it is Vijay’s last film but going by the fact that it is the remake of Bhagvanth Kesari, since Kajal’s role in the original did not get any special mention, the same might be repeated in the case of Pooja too unless her glamour factor takes the center stage.

Apart from that, Pooja Hegde is still struggling for roles as the filmmakers in Telugu have moved away from considering her. There are a lot of new heroines in Telugu in the last couple of years who are hampering Pooja’s opportunities. In such a scenario, she is looking at Tamil alone.

If the reports are true, she will be seen alongside Dhanush for a film in the direction of Vignesh Raja. The team plans to complete the shoot in just 90 days. After this, Dhanush will reportedly be moved to a big scale project.

Apart from all this, Pooja Hegde is also betting high on her special appearance in Coolie, which again is a Tamil film projected on pan-India scale. She is also doing a film called Kanchana 4 with Raghava Lawrence.

At the end of the day, Pooja’s full focus is currently on Tamil industry and if she can translate at least a couple of movies into success, she will be back on demand.
