Samantha To Bankroll Her Own Comeback In Telugu

Samantha Ruth Prabhu, who was last seen in Kushi in a full-length solo female lead, is set to make her comeback. She was recently seen in a special appearance in her debut production venture, Shubham. But, the fans want her to make a comeback in a heroine role. If everything goes well, she will team up with director Nandini Reddy for the third time.

As per the reports in the film circles, Samantha will be working on a new age social drama, in the direction of Nandini Reddy. Earlier, they worked together for the films Jabardasth and Oh Baby. While the first one is a disaster, the second one turned out to be a hit. Now, they are hopeful of repeating the success of their last outing.

Samantha is planning to produce the film on her own production house, on a shoe string budget. The pre-production work for the film reportedly began and she is likely to retain the core team that worked for Subham. There have been speculations about Samantha’s reunion with Nandini Reddy for quite sometime and the project is finally taking off now.

Apart from this film, she is also currently working on ‘Rakt Brahmand: The Bloody Kingdom’ with Raj and DK.
