Jr NTR is all set for his first Hindi movie, War 2, releasing on August 14, 2025. He recently appeared on the cover of Esquire India for the first time. In the interview, he talked about life beyond films.
Besides being a popular actor and dancer, NTR enjoys cooking. He says he cooks like a pro and often makes food for his wife, Pranathi, and close friends.
One dish he especially likes to make is punugulu. It’s a fried snack made from idli or dosa batter with onions and spices. This snack is common in Telugu homes and street stalls. People usually eat it in the evening with chutneys and tea. For many, punugulu feels like home.
NTR also enjoys making biryani.By sharing his cooking passion, NTR shows a different side of himself. This gives fans a glimpse of his personal life as he steps into Bollywood. It also reminds everyone of his Telugu roots.
On the professional side, War 2 is directed by Ayan Mukerji and produced by Yash Raj Films as part of their Spy Universe. Promotions begin tomorrow with a dance-off promo starring Jr NTR and Hrithik Roshan. The pre-release event is planned for Sunday.
