Anushka’s Slimming Story Continues?

Anushka Shetty is one of the heroines who enjoys stardom equal to that of any star hero. The actress has mesmerized audiences with a lot of interesting films, where she performed beyond her potential. Of late, she has been missing in action, but her next film, Ghaati, is gearing up for a grand release. With the trailer coming out now, the criticism of her looks hit back. What’s ironic is that Anushka was a yoga trainer once, and she struggles now to maintain a physique.

Anushka Shetty is a yoga trainer and a fitness enthusiast who has achieved remarkable success in her career. She worked with many stars in Telugu cinema. Her roles in Arundhati and Baahubali impressed many. The character she played in Vedam brought critical acclaim, but it is Size Zero that completely changed her career progress.

For Size Zero, Anushka put on weight naturally, and she struggled to lose it again. Despite being on a strict fitness regimen, it has become tough for her to get back to perfect shape. The physical transformation she underwent for the film is appreciable, but she could not come out of it easily.

Anushka did Bhaagamathiee and Miss Shetty & Mr Polishetty, after the film Baahubali. In both films, the makers reportedly used CGI to make Anushka look slim in closeup shots. There was a criticism back then for the same. That was one reason why Anushka is not regularly seen at public events. She did not give a public appearance for the tenth anniversary celebration of Baahubali either.

Now in Ghaati trailer, some scenes of Anushka also received criticism. It looks like CGI has been used to make her look slimmer. However, the fans are disappointed by this and we have to see how things progress when the film releases.
