Ever since Ram Charan and Chiranjeevi planned to remake Lucifer in Telugu, there has been a lot of rumours and speculations on who is going to direct the film. First Saaho director Sujeeth’s name popped up and it was reported that Sujeeth would direct Chiru in the Lucifer remake. Later, reports confirmed that director VV Vinayak, who successfully directed Chiru in Khaidi No 150 (Kaththi remake), has replaced Sujeeth.
But the buzz is that Vinayak could not impress Chiru with his changes. For the past few days there are rumours that Chiru was not happy with the comedy worked out by Vinayak in the script. And director Harish Shankar’s name is also doing the rounds.
The latest reports say, Thani Oruvan (Remade as Dhruva in Telugu) director Mohan Raja has now replaced director Vinayak. Ram Charan and Chiru are roping in Mohan Raja to wield the megaphone for the Lucifer remake.
