NTR’s Dragon Gets a ₹15 Cr Grand Set

Now that NTR is free from the post-release promotions of his Bollywood debut, War 2, he has shifted his attention towards the keenly awaited pan-India action drama, Dragon(Rumoured Title). With the KGF and Salaar director Prashanth Neel at the helm, the expectations surrounding Dragon are sky-high.

And the latest news will only take the expectations to the next level. Apparently, Dragon’s makers Mythri Movie Makers have splurged a whopping Rs 15 crores to erect a meticulously designed house set in Ramoji Film City for Dragon’s next schedule. The set has been made to perfection, with exquisite colour palettes, artifacts, and wall hangings being the main attractions.

Prashanth Neel is acclaimed for the larger-than-life world-building that was evident in both KGF Chapter 1 & 2 and Salaar. The maverick director seems to be determined to go a notch higher in making Dragon a visual spectacle to be remembered by fans for a long time.

Dragon’s month-long schedule will commence after the Ganesh Chaturthi festival. Tarak is expected to join the set in the first week of September. The power-packed actor and director duo will be filming several intense and high-voltage scenes in the forthcoming schedule. Dragon is a period action drama, and the film is slated to release on June 25, 2026.
