Director Lokesh Kanagaraj, who made his debut with Managaram, shot to fame with the movie Kaithi. For the first two films, Lokesh decided to work with two different music directors, but for his third film, Master, the director worked with Anirudh Ravichander. Later, he repeated him for films Vikram, Leo, and Coolie. In a recent interview, Lokesh stated that he would not work with anyone else other than Anirudh in his career.
Lokesh made a bold statement that he would continue working with Anirudh as long as he makes movies. Now, there is a speculation that Lokesh will have to replace Sam CS with Anirudh. Sam has given a wonderful score for Kaithi. The film’s score contributed to the film’s success in a big way.
Now, the film’s sequel, which has been in discussion for quite some time, will take some time to hit the floors. So, Lokesh may have to bring in Anirudh instead of Sam, and we are unsure how the fans will receive it. Additionally, he participated in the discussion of how AI is helping him
Explaining how AI is helpful for him, Lokesh said that he takes the help of AI in getting the references. “We always see some references to get some ideas and how we can adapt them into cinema. AI is helpful for me in that way,” the director said.
On the work front, Lokesh Kanagaraj is taking a pause from direction currently and would be focusing on his acting debut, in the direction of Arun Mateshwaran.
