New Comedy Entertainer on Cards for Santosh Sobhan

Santosh Sobhan who surprised everyone with Golconda High School later went on to debut as a solo lead. Despite trying his luck with a wide range of movies, he is yet to stuck gold at the box office. However, he is relentlessly trying to score success with a huge lineup of films. In the process, he signed the dotted line for an exciting film, in the direction of Lakshman K Krishna of Swathi Muthyam fame.

Irrespective of the similarities and comparisons with Vicky Donor, Swathi Muthyam managed to win the love of audiences to some extent. Many claimed that it is a simple, harmless and fun film, introducing Bellamkonda Ganesh to the screen. Sithara Entertainments’ backing also helped the movie. The director also proved his skill in handling an emotional subject well. Now, he prepared a subject which will suit Santosh.

The yet to be titled film in the combination of Santosh and Lakshman is expected to hit the floors next month. The team wants to release it during early Summer in 2026. The buzz is that the film is a full length comedy entertainer with so many fun and quirky moments.

On the other hand, Santosh has three films in the production, namely, Couple Friendly, Joruga Hushaaruga Shikaaru Podhama and another untitled project.
