Did Aamir Really Say ‘Coolie Was a Big Mistake’?

Aamir Khan is Bollywood’s Mr. Perfectionist, who was last seen in the film Sitaare Zameen Par. The actor also played a cameo appearance in Rajinikanth’s Coolie, but this particular cameo did not land well. There is a huge criticism and trolling against his character in the film, but the reports in the Hindi and Tamil media reveal that Aamir is now regretting doing the film.

Reportedly, Aamir Khan analysed the situation and understood that Coolie was a big mistake. An unauthenticated and unverified news paper clip is currently going viral on social media.

In the newspaper report, Aamir Khan reportedly stated that he was not a part of the movie’s creative journey and did the cameo only for Rajinikanth. “I thought it will be a fun apperance but I understood it did not land well,” said Aamir.

However, there is no confirmation if Aamir had really stated this. The particular news paper clip which is going viral do not have a byline or the date. Most likely, this could be a fake report in circulation.

Whatever it may be, Aamir should address or respond to these reports. Since he signed a film with Lokesh Kanagaraj, he must stop these speculations and give a clarity so that there won’t be any negative buzz on Lokesh-Aamir project.
