Bhadrakaali Emphasizes The Role Of Mediator In Politics

Vijay Antony’s unique political thriller Bhadrakaali is all set to hit the screens Tomorrow, Sep 19th. Directed by Arun Prabhu and produced by Ramanjaneyulu Juvvaji under the Sarvanth Ram Creations banner, the film has generated significant buzz with its teaser, songs, and trailer.

Vijay Antony reveals that Bhadrakaali is a political thriller rooted in contemporary politics. “I play a political mediator. Usually, cinema tends to dramatize politics, but here, we’ve portrayed it in a very natural, realistic manner. What is the role of a mediator in politics? How is he involved in large-scale scams? This perspective will feel fresh and relatable to audiences.”

He describes Bhadrakaali as his biggest film to date, both in terms of scale and production values. “I work hard for every project, but Bhadrakaali stands out as a landmark film. It’s not your typical political drama. I’ve always admired Arun’s work, and when he narrated this story, I was instantly impressed. Compared to his earlier films, this is a much bigger-budget project. In fact, it’s the highest budget of my career.”

Vijay Antony also expressed his gratitude to Asian Suresh Entertainment and Spirit Media for supporting the Telugu release.
