Pawan Kalyan’s OG is all set for its grand premieres in North America today, September 24. But the release almost ran into big trouble due to last-minute content delivery issues.
To fix the problem, fans themselves stepped in and took charge of moving the film’s hard drives from Los Angeles to various theaters across the USA. In coordination with the distributor Prathyangira US, these die-hard fans personally carried and delivered the drives overnight to ensure the premieres would happen on time.
Pictures of fans handling the boxes, handing them over at theaters, and celebrating after successful deliveries are now going viral. Theater staff too joined the excitement, appreciating the passion shown by the fans.
This rare effort highlights the cult following of OG and the kind of dedication fans have for Pawan Kalyan. Instead of letting a technical hurdle delay the screenings, fans turned into couriers to make sure the movie reached audiences without a hitch.
The premieres are now on track across the USA, thanks to this fan-driven mission.
