First Look : Bhaagamathie As Durgamati!

Bollywood actress Bhumi Pednekar is the hatke heroine of Bollywood. She would be next seen in ‘Durgamati’ which is the official remake of Anushka Shetty’s ‘Bhaagamathie.’ The first look of it is unveiled by Bhumi and actor Akshay Kumar who is producing the movie.

Initially the film was titled ‘Durgavati’ and now it is changed to ‘Durgamati’  and the caption ‘The Myth’ is added to the title. In the first look Bhumi is seen in a scary look with bruises on her face. “Are you ready? Meet #DurgamatiOnPrime on Dec 11, @PrimeVideoIN,” tweeted Akshay while Bhumi wrote, “Aa Rahi Hai… #DURGAMATI.”

Director of the Telugu version, Ashok is helming the Hindi version also and it marks his Bollywood debut. Owing to the pandemic, this film is also getting an OTT release. Amazon Prime has acquired the digital rights of ‘Duragamati’ and will be streaming from December 11^th.

A week before the streaming date, the trailer of it will be unveiled.
