Interestingly, now, Amazon Prime Video shares a cryptic message at the arrival of Kantara: Chapter 1 on the streaming platform. As the film is still running in theatres, there is no clarity if the OTT release is happening early.

While the film is still running with decent numbers at theatres, the release hint from OTT platform might affect the upcoming theatrical run. Without any promotions, the film is still preferable for a lot of audiences across the nation.
