Ravi Teja on Signing Spree Despite Recent Flops

Ravi Teja, one of Telugu cinema’s most consistent stars, continues to maintain his pace despite a string of underwhelming box-office results. His recent film Mass Jathara, released last Friday, failed to impress both critics and audiences. Still, the actor is moving forward with multiple projects already lined up.

At present, four of his upcoming films are in various stages of production. His next project, tentatively titled #RT76, is a family comedy directed by Kishore Tirumala. The film features Ashika Ranganath and Dimple Hayathi as the female leads. A song sequence is currently being filmed in Hyderabad. The makers are eyeing a Sankranthi 2026 release and are reportedly considering the title Bhartamahaseyalaku Vignapthi.

After that, Ravi Teja will collaborate with director Shiva Nirvana for RT77. The filmmaker, popular for romantic dramas like Ninnu Kori and Majili, is said to be venturing into a new genre with this film, a thriller. The project will be bankrolled by Mythri Movie Makers.

Following that, RT78 is set to be a superhero drama directed by MAD fame Kalyan Shankar. Producer Naga Vamsi is backing the film.

Adding to his busy lineup, Ravi Teja is also in advanced talks with Bimbisara director Vasishta. The filmmaker, currently handling Chiranjeevi’s Vishwambhara, is developing a science-fiction drama as his next. Reports suggest that this story was first discussed with Ram Charan but was later reworked to suit Ravi Teja’s image and timing.

Ravi Teja seems determined to bounce back and continue his long-standing streak of back-to-back releases, though his recent films didn’t do well at the box office.
