Will Pawan Continue The ‘Mega Hit’ Streak ?

Mega family fans are on cloud nine. There is more than one reason for their ecstacy. Firstly, the long flop streak of Mega heroes ended with Pawan Kalyan’s OG, which performed well at the box office. Up next, there is a strong lineup of films from all three top Mega heroes in the first few months of 2026. 

While Megastar Chiranjeevi’s Mana Shankar Vara Prasad Garu will be the first Mega film of 2026, Ram Charan’s much-awaited Peddi is set to hit the screens on March 27, while Pawan Kalyan’s highly anticipated Ustaad Bhagat Singh will arrive in summer.

Even before the release of these films, Mega fans are very jubilant as the first singles from both Chiru and Ram Charan’s films struck a chord with audience and created a havoc in no time. 

Meesala Pilla song from Chiranjeevi’s Mana Shankar Vara Prasad Garu turned out to be an instant chartbuster and triggered a wave of positive reactions from music lovers. The foot tapping melody, composed by Bheems Ceciroleo, which presents the lead pair’s chemistry in a dramatic manner has become a big rage and made the lyrics a massive hit. The blockbuster song has now set up high expectations on the film. 

Continuing the josh of Mega fans, the first song Chikiri Chikiri, composed by AR Rahman, from Ram Charan’s Peddi became a pan-India sensation and topped the charts immediately after its launch a couple of days ago. The exuberant hook song emerged as an earworm and shattered numerous records. Countless reels reprising Charan’s inimitable grace and style have been flooding social media platforms. 

Now, Mega fans are waiting for the first single of Pawan Kalyan’s long delayed cop drama Ustaad Bhagat Singh. The Harish Shankar directional has its music by Devi Sri Prasad. They are hoping that the song will live up to the hype on the Gabbar Singh combination. DSP is known for belting out chartbuster tunes to Pawan Kalyan in the past. The question now is whether Pawan Kalyan continues the Mega hit streak with his first song from Ustaad Bhagat Singh or not ?  

The makers of Ustaad Bhagat Singh are looking to unveil the first single on December 31st. We have to see if it dominates the New year music charts or not. The team asked fans to keep the expectations on a high note.
