Ritu Varma’s Denim Daze Steals Every Gaze

Ritu Varma, who won hearts with Pelli Choopulu in Telugu and did pretty well in Tamil too, seems to be having a slow phase right now. Her February release Mazaka comedy film didn’t really work out, and since then, she hasn’t announced anything new. It’s that rough patch most actresses go through after flops, waiting for a script that clicks and brings them back into the game.

But flop or not, Ritu knows how to turn heads. Her new pictures in an all-black denim outfit are proof enough. She’s seen in a loose, shoulder-drop jacket, a simple black camisole, and messy hair, no heavy makeup, no drama, just easy style. The barefoot pose adds a kind of chill, real-world charm to it, like she’s comfortable in her own space. There’s something quietly confident about how she carries herself here.

Ritu’s got that mix of simplicity and spark, maybe next year, we’ll see her back on screen, whether it’s OTT or theatres, doing what she does best.
