Bhagyashri Pins All Her Hopes on Ram’s AKT

Amidst huge expectations, Bhagyashri Borse made her Telugu debut last year with the film Mr Bachchan. Released last year, this movie ended up as a disaster at the box office. After an unsuccessful debut, Bhagyashri pinned heavy hopes on her second Telugu film, Kingdom. Despite releasing amidst huge anticipation, even this movie turned out to be a flop.

After two consecutive flops, Bhagyashri’s fate depended on her next two films, Kaantha and Andhra King Taluka. Kaantha, which was released yesterday, opened to an underwhelming response at the box office. The box-office trends also look bleak. Now, Andhra King Taluka remains the only hope for the actress this year.

Even though Kaantha is receiving mixed responses from the audience, Bhagyashri was unanimously praised for her performance in the movie. A section of people felt that she outperformed Dulquer Salmaan in a few scenes.

That statement proves the performance, and all she needs is a solid story and an author-backed role. Amidst the underwhelming reactions for the film, praises for her performance became a relieving factor for Bhagyashri.
