Spirit Actor’s Shocking Comments On Shah Rukh Khan

Bollywood actor Vivek Oberoi, who will soon be a part of Sandeep Reddy Vanga and Prabhas’s anticipated film Spirit, has made shocking comments on star hero Shah Rukh Khan. He said that people of future generations might not even know who Shah Rukh Khan is. His statements are now going viral on social media.

In a recent interview with the Pink Villaa, Vivek explained how audiences of the current generation don’t know about the stars of the earlier generations. He said that kids of this generation don’t know either films or stars of the 1960s. He said that maybe in 2050, kids might even question, “Who is Shah Rukh Khan?”, just like how kids of this generation ask, “Who is Raj Kapoor?”.

“You and I may call him the god of cinema, but if you ask any youngster who is a fan of Ranbir Kapoor, they might not even know who Raj Kapoor was. So perhaps history eventually relegates us all to nothingness,” stated Vivek. His statements drew heated debate on social media. While SRK fans were offended by it, other netizens opined, “whatever Vivek said was true, and he just took SRK as an example, and there was nothing to be offended by in his comments.”

Vivek is currently busy promoting his film Mastii 4, which hits the screens today. The film is the fourth instalment of the Mastii franchise and features Ritesh Deshmukh and Aftab Shivdasani in other lead roles.
