Casting Buzz: ‘Mummy’ Actor in Vijay’s Film Sparks Mixed Response

Vijay Deverakonda is one of the few actors whose projects garner limelight for the casting updates. When Liger featured Mike Tyson, the project garnered the attention of everyone. However, the casting update did not help them much as it ended up as a major disappointment. Meanwhile, Vijay Deverakonda’s next film with Rahul Sankrityan also reportedly stars a popular actor from South Africa.

If the reports are believed to be true, South African actor Anrold Vosloo is going to be seen in a crucial role in the film. Arnold is famous for his performance in the film The Mummy. Soon after the news broke out on social media, there were mixed reactions about the same. The fans are not entirely satisfied with the update.

While Arnoldo is a versatile actor, the fans are excited about him coming on board. However, some of the fans are worried if the same sentiment of Liger repeats. Already, Vijay is facing back to back flops and the fans also does not know the relevance and signifiance of having a foreign actor in the film. Mike Tyson did not add any value to Liger which the fans are worried will repeat in this case.

Rahul already did Taxiwala with Vijay Deverakonda and there are expectations that the film will bring Vijay back to the form.
