Not Anirudh, but Ravi Basrur to take over Yash’s Toxic?

Toxic is an upcoming film starring Yash in the lead role. The film is currently in post-production. Geethu Mohandas is the film’s director. The initial news revealed to us that Anirudh Ravichander is the music director of the movie. However, it has now been shown that the team plans to replace him and reportedly bring in Ravi Basrur.

Ravi Basrur gave the ultimate blockbuster to Yash in the form of the KGF franchise, and the fans also want the combination to shine big once again. The latest buzz suggests that Ravi Basrur will handle the full soundtrack of the movie, and Yash is also in constant touch with the music director.

In fact, Ravi Basrur had earlier worked on the glimpse video for the film, and he is now reportedly scoring the entire film. An official clarification is awaited on this.

Toxic is also being shot simultaneously in English and will also be dubbed in other languages like Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, and Malayalam.

Rajeev Ravi is the film’s cinematographer, and JJ Perry is the stunt choreographer. The upcoming film is being produced by KVN Productions along with Monster Mind Creations.

The film’s cast includes Kiara Advani, Nayanthara, Rukmini Vasanth, Huma Qureshi, and Tara Sutaria. The film will hit the screens on March 19.
