Pradeep Ranganathan Misses Golden Hat-trick in 2025?

One of the most successful young actors, Pradeep Ranganathan, has missed a golden opportunity to achieve a unique feat. This year, Pradeep came up with two films, Dragon and Dude, and both ended up as blockbusters at the box office.

He was supposed to have a third release of the year in the form of Love Insurance Kompany (LIK), which would have given him a chance of scoring a hat-trick of super hits in a single calendar year. However, he missed that chance as LIK’s release has been pushed.

LIK was supposed to hit the screens on December 18. However, Tamil media reports stated that it was postponed due to the delay in post-production work. According to the grapevine, the Telugu dubbing work has not been finished yet, and Pradeep was adamant on having a simultaneous Telugu release.

On the other side, we also hear that music director Anirudh is yet to finish the original score work of the film. Due to these reasons, the makers decided to postpone the release and are now aiming for a Valentine’s week release (February 12 or February 13).

Though Pradeep missed scoring three straight hits in a single calendar year, it is better that LIK is postponed because Avatar 3 is getting released next week (December 19). Moreover, Valentine’s week will be a perfect time to release these kinds of romantic dramas. It will also give ample amount of time for makers to promote the film. An official release date is expected to be announced soon.

Directed by Vignesh Shivan, LIK features Krithi Shetty as the female lead. SJ Suryah plays a key role in the movie.
