While overseas pre-sales opened earlier, the domestic advance bookings opened only yesterday, and the response has been sensational. The film clocked a staggering 107.36K tickets in the Telugu states alone in less than 24 hours. With advance ticket sales open a while ago in the Nizam region, an even bigger explosion is on the way.
The overseas heat is even more blistering. The film raked in nearly $200K in a single day, catapulting North America’s gross past $850K already. With additional markets set to open, a $1M premiere day looks all but confirmed.
