After Missing Pushpa 2, Will Shraddha Join the AA–Lokesh Film?

Now that the suspense on Allu Arjun’s film with Kollywood director Lokesh Kanagaraj ended after an official announcement during the Sankranti festival, the buzz keeps gaining more momentum even before it goes on floors because of the high expectations on the scintillating combination. The film is tentatively titled AA23 and is expected to roll out this year after Allu Arjun wraps up his film with Atlee. 

Meanwhile, an interesting news about this crazy project has caught the attention of everyone. As per media reports, Bollywood diva Shraddha Kapoor is in consideration to play the leading lady opposite Allu Arjun for the first time. Reportedly, Lokesh Kanagaraj has approached the Saaho actress with the bound script to rope her in for this big-budget entertainer. 

Shraddha Kapoor is riding a success wave after scoring a blockbuster with Stree 2. She is a familiar face to both Bollywood and South moviegoers. Lokesh is planning to cast her in this film as it will create strong hype for ‘AA23’ which will made as a pan-India spectacle. The presence of Shraddha Kapoor will bring massive buzz for the film in North India. 

Shraddha Kapoor was supposed to work with Allu Arjun in Pushpa 2 for an item song. However, the plans didn’t materialize as the makers cast Sree Leela in her place due to unknown reasons. So, Shraddha will get a chance to work under Mythri Movie Makers this time if she signs the dotted line for AA23. 

The concept video of AA23 received a thumping response for the intriguing set-up and engaging background score rendered by Anirudh Ravichander. More updates will roll out once the regular shooting commences later this year.
