Basking under the glory of the Sankranthi blockbuster Nari Nari Naduma Murari, Charming Star Sharwa has taken a major leap with Bhogi, a large-scale period action drama directed by Sampath Nandi and produced by KK Radhamohan of Sri Sathya Sai Arts.
Sharwa, who already wrapped up a schedule where the team canned several crucial sequences, is now back in action mode for the latest schedule in Hyderabad, where an enormous set has been erected exclusively for this phase. This schedule includes two intense action blocks choreographed by popular stunt master Dilip Subbarayan, and Sharwa will be working non-stop until their completion.
A powerful behind-the-scenes picture shows Sharwa standing in the middle of the road, holding a weapon props frame, while director Sampath Nandi and stunt director Dilip Subbarayan stand in front of him, carefully planning the shot. With smoke curling around the lights and equipment surrounding them, the frame reflects the meticulous effort behind crafting the film’s high-voltage action sequences.
With art director Kiran Kumar Manne shaping the film’s period atmosphere and rugged landscapes, Bhogi stands as one of the most ambitious projects of Sharwa’s career.
The concept video First Spark set social media on fire, offering a gritty introduction to the story’s 1960s backdrop. Director Sampath Nandi has built the narrative on strong emotional currents, rugged conflicts, and a heightened dramatic scale. Art director Kiran Kumar Manne and cinematographer Kishore Kumar Arokia are instrumental in giving 60s touch to the narrative.
Anupama Parameswaran and Dimple Hayathi are the heroines in this Pan India actioner that has music scored by Bheems Ceciroleo who is enjoying the best phase with consecutive blockbusters.
