Kanchana is one of the super successful films in the horror franchise. The film completely changed Lawrence’s career trajectory at that point and also marked a new beginning for Sharath Kumar’s career. Now, the film is heading for a re-release in Telugu. The film is a big hit in Telugu, just as it became successful in Tamil.
The film’s advance bookings status is excellent, and it instantly made it to the hourly trending charts. With still a week left until the re-release, the film’s advance sales are extraordinary. Kanchana is a 15 year old horror comedy film and the kind of reception it is currently getting in the sales phase is excellent.
Its been a while since the audiences witnessed a re-release and if Kanchana can make it big at theatres, we may be expecting more such big films for this Summar as part of the re-release trend.
Lakshmi Raai, Kovai Sarala, Divya Darshini and others are a part of the film. The film was released in 2011.
