Ustaad Vs Dhurandhar 2 – What Is Happening?

There has been a huge discussion about the impact of Dhurandhar 2 on Pawan Kalyan’s Ustaad Bhagath Singh. After Toxic postponed, the makers of UBS bravely preponed their film hoping that the impact would be confined only to Multiplexes and Urban Pockets.

Going by the Bookings trend of Dhurandhar 2’s Paid Premieres, it appears like the impact will be massive.

There are reports that Ustaad Bhagath Singh is even ready to cancel its 18th Premieres since Dhurandhar 2 announced Special Premieres on the same day from 5 PM.

Pawan Kalyan will have to catch up with his Star Power now. Ustaad Bhagath Singh may have to start with the Special Benefit Shows from the early morning of 19th.

The Pricing is also tricky. Dhurandhar 2 is priced at Standard Theater Pricing but due to costs involved in Ustaad, Mythri cannot offer to take the risk.

At the same time, there are legal complications for getting Special Prices in Nizam.

So, many may prefer Dhurandhar 2 for the Premieres over Ustaad Bhagath Singh.

Now, it is all up to Harish Shankar to excite the audience like anything with the Promotional Content. As of now, he is yet to create such excitement.
