Boyapati at Crossroads – Which Road Will He Take?

Director Boyapati’s Bollywood debut plans seem to be going in a circle. After Akhanda 2, Boyapati reportedly narrated a story to Ranveer Singh and was on the verge of mounting it. However, Dhrandhar’s massive success pushed Ranveer’s lineup of films and their budgets. This made Ranveer put Boyapati’s film on the backtrack.

Unfazed, Boyapati met Rana Daggubati for a Pan india film, which also seems to be not moving forward. Now, the latest reports have it that Mythri Movie Makers are trying to woo Boyapati for Jaat 2.

After Jaat’s success, Mythri had announced a sequel. However, director Gopichand Malineni is out of the project. Even the name of Rajkumar Santoshi came into the picture, but it didn’t materialize.

Producers are looking at Boyapati as a good option considering his mass pulse and hero elevations. Sunny Deol is going to return to Jaat 2. Reportedly, producers have given a good deal to Boyapati to direct Jaat 2, and the decision is now pending with the Akhanda director.

However, Boyapati is confused whether to go ahead with this project or not. Buzz is that Boyapati is confused between making his own movie or taking up Jaat 2 and making crucial changes as per his taste and making. For now, Boyapati is at the crossroads.
