The third weekend of Durdhandhar 2 has begun. From last Monday, the occupancy had dropped significantly, causing concern among trade circles. Reports of over fifty percent drop created tension, but this appears to be temporary.
From Thursday evening, the film picked up momentum again. On BookMyShow, an average of more than twenty-two thousand tickets were sold per hour, pushing it back into the top trending list. The growth is gradual, but there is no sign of decline.
Currently, Durdhandhar 2 is racing to cross fifteen hundred crores. Whether it will reach the much-anticipated two thousand crore mark remains uncertain. Unlike the first part, Part 2 is not holding steady across all days, which is evident from the numbers. Additionally, repeat audiences are not at the same level.
Despite these challenges, the momentum of Durdhandhar 2 has acted like oxygen for the March box office. At many centers, Durdhandhar 2 is holding very well, with main screens filled beyond fifty percent capacity.
Even with upcoming releases, Durdhandhar is unlikely to face significant problems. The film continues to dominate audience attention and maintain a strong box office presence.
