Anil Ravipudi’s Animation Debut: Beyond Expectations!

Anil Ravipudi is one of the successful directors of Telugu cinema, and Sankranthi has become his favorite season, with him scoring multiple hits during the festival time.

Irrespective of the criticism from one section, Ravipudi is proving to be the biggest blockbuster director of the film industry. Having said that, Ravipudi seems to be having a reality check of late and has a plan to dodge the criticism.

If the reports in the film industry are believed to be true, Anil Ravipudi is all set to do a film on the mytholgical epic Ramayana. However, it will be an animated film. Anil reportedly has a commitment with KVN Productions, and this is going to be bigger than anyone’s expectations.

Anyone who comes across the news that Anil Ravipudi is trying to come up with a subject like Ramayana will take a while to process the news. Having said that, it is very important for Anil Ravipudi to go out and test different subjects rather than sticking to a similar genre or pattern of movies. A decade ago, Sreenu Vaitla also experienced the same form but he failed to reinvent himself and skipped the race.

However, Anil is in no mood to commit such mistakes. Especially at times like these where audiences can easily move away with a single failure, Anil is trying to cater to the same family audiences who gave the current stature.

Anil Ravipudi may not replicate the Ramayana exactly as it is, but he has the ability to bring his own unique touch while staying true to the soul of the epic. His take on Ramayana, especially in an animated format, could turn out to be a fresh and exciting experience for audiences.
