Tollywood Producer’s Arrest Rumors, What Is The Real Story?

A Telugu News Channel posted a Tweet about the arrest of a Popular Tollywood Producer who happens to be a close friend of a Star Hero. The Channel did not cite any names or the details of the case but said the arrest may happen in a day or two.

Since then, Speculations have started in the industry about who could be.

There are two versions floating about the case but there is a single name involved.

It is about a producer who belongs to the same community and is said to be close to the former Chief Minister. A few months ago, there were reports he was questioned in the AP Liquor Scam.

The other day, in Vijayawada ACB Court, the Government Counsel argued against giving Regular Bail to the accused in Liquor Case – Dhanunjay Reddy, Balaji Govindappa, and Krishna Mohan Reddy.

In his arguments, the Counsel mentioned that they found some new evidence in this case.

Is this producer the new evidence in the case? We do not know yet!

The verdict is already reserved in this case. If the arrest is for that case, it should have happened in the arguments phase.

And there is another version that this producer is actively involved in the case of Standup Comedian Anudeep who was arrested recently.

Rumors are that operating through Standup Comedians to defame the Government is the new modus-operandi of YCP and this producer is actively involved. Anudeep already got bail in this case.

So, the dots are completely not connecting. But if the arrest happens, it will be sensational.
