Kara Trailer: Gritty Survival Drama

The trailer opens on a striking note, using a Doordarshan broadcast about the Gulf War and the resulting fuel crisis in Tamil Nadu. This instantly establishes a tense atmosphere, giving the film a rooted and realistic setting.

Dhanush’s character, Kara, is introduced as a man caught between redemption and survival. A reformed robber forced back into crime, his arc looks layered and emotionally driven. Dhanush brings a raw intensity to the role, especially in moments of desperation and conflict.
