Karuppu Trailer: Suriya’s Mass Action Feast For Fans

Suriya’s next film, titled Karuppu is gearing up for a grand release on the 14th of this month. Ahead of the film’s release, the team launched the trailer which is full on action mode. Directed by RJ Balaji, the film features Trisha in the leading lady role. The trailer hints at a gripping courtroom drama along with proper mass action elements.

The trailer opens with a father and daughter duo, played by Indrans and Anagha Maya Ravi. Both the actors face multiple delays in their case’s hearing as lawyer Baby Kannan (RJ Balaji) cheats them. Later, they realise that and evince their trust in Saravanan (Suriya) who seems to be the incarnate of Lord Karuppusamy. When he steps in, the entire game gets changed.

The trailer has all the moments that fans would expect from Suriya. Additionally, the trailer has a mass flavour which would appeal the B and C centers. For the first time, RJ Balaji is coming solo as a director as his earlier film had another co-director. With solid action elements, the trailer banks heavily on Suriya’s charishma and mannerisms while he takes on the antagonist RJ Balaji.

The cast of the film includes Natty Natraj as a judge, Mansoor Ali Khan, George Maryan, Swasika, Sshivadha, and Supreeth Reddy, among others. Sai Abhyankkar is the music director of the film whose score for the trailer is impressive. Karuppu is produced by SR Prakash Babu and SR Prabu under their Dream Warrior Pictures banner.

Karuppu is scheduled for a release on 14th of this month.
