Actress Mouni Roy announced her separation from businessman Suraj Nambiar. The couple issued a joint statement saying that the decision is mutual and they are completely aligned on certain things.
However, there have been reports about infidelity, alimony, and other things going around Suraj Nammbiar. Deeply hurt by the same, Suraj broke his silence, confirming that there is no alimony involved.
At the same time, several people online also linked Disha Patani to the entire issue, claiming that she has been the reason for the couple’s separation. Disha is close to Mouni Roy and hence, these rumors surfaced. In the latest note from Suraj, the claims of third-party involvement have also been ruled out.
“Recent baseless reports surrounding our separation have been made in bad taste and are absolutely malicious. Let me set the record straight once and for all. There is no alimony. There are no disputes. There is no third party involved. Mouni and I chose to part ways together, with mutual respect and with full consideration for each other’s well-being. That is the truth. Everything else being reported is fiction, and in some cases, a deliberate attempt to vilify two people who have done nothing but ask to be left atone,” he wrote.
Mouni Roy and Suraj Nambiar first met in 2018 during a New Year’s celebration in Dubai. The couple tied the knot in January 2022. The couple released a joint statement about separation on May 14th.
