Actress Twisha Death Mystery Deepens With CCTV Shock

The death of Twisha Sharma, an MBA graduate from Noida who acted in the Telugu film Mugguru Monagallu, is creating unrest in the media. She passed away at her matrimonial home in Bhopal has sparked a major controversy, with her family alleging dowry harassment, physical and mental abuse, and attempts by her in-laws to influence the investigation.

Amidst many speculations and facts surrounding her death, the CCTV footage that surfaced online reveals chilling details.

The CCTV showcases Twisha walking towards the rooftop of her Bhopal home shortly before her death. Later, she was carried downstairs by her husband and two others. The CCTV visuals also show the attempts made to administer CPR on Twisha. At the same time, the timing error is also pointed out in the footage.

On May 12, Twisha was found hanging at her residence in Bhopal’s Katara Hills area on May 12. She had married Bhopal-based lawyer Samarth Singh, son of retired sessions judge Giribala Singh, in December 2025 after meeting through a dating app.

The police are looking into this as a suicide case but Twisha’s family has claimed she was under severe emotional distress and wanted to leave Bhopal shortly before her death.

A six-member Special Investigation Team (SIT) has been formed to investigate allegations of dowry harassment, assault, and possible destruction of evidence. Twisha’s family has demanded a second post-mortem examination and a court-monitored probe, alleging injury marks were found on her body.

They also staged a protest outside Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav’s residence, seeking justice and preservation of her body for further examination.

Meanwhile, the accused family has denied all allegations. In her anticipatory bail plea, retired judge Giribala Singh claimed Twisha struggled with narcotic substance dependence and emotional instability. Samarth Singh’s anticipatory bail plea was rejected by a Bhopal court, while Giribala Singh was granted anticipatory bail.
