Peddi’s Full Potential Kept Under Wraps for Theatres?

Mega Powerstar Ram Charan’s Peddi trailer was released yesterday, and the response is quite unexpected. While many thought it would unanimously raise expectations, a section of the audience expressed a mixed opinion.

The initial hype suggested that Charan would be seen as a cricket player, while there was also news that Charan would play a real-life character in the movie. But the trailer has not given this clarity, but opened many questions about what sport Charan mainly plays.

At the same time, soon after the trailer came out, there was also a negativity about it that the film’s content fell flat. But the sources from the film unit say that the team intentionally cut the trailer in such a way as to evoke questions and curiosity.

In reality, Charan will reportedly play more sports in the film but the team reserved it for the fans to have a blast in the theatres.

Moreover, the film’s first half content is revealed in the trailer but the team reportedly ensured to keep the key elements of the second half as a surprise package for the fans.

The team also wanted to reduce the mass perception towards the film but attract wholesome crowds to theatres. Not just the fans, but the team wants all sections of audiences to love the movie.

Directed by Buchi Babu Sana, the film will hit the screens on June 4th.
