Will Dulquer’s Clash Affect The Paradise?

Dulquer Salmaan took to social media the other day to officially confirm the release date of his next film, titled I’m Game. Billed to be a gangster action drama, it is directed by Nahas Hidhyath, who debuted as a director with the film RDX. The film unit confirmed that the movie will release on August 20th, and it will have an impact on revenues for Nani’s The Paradise.

Nani’s The Paradise, directed by Srikanth Odela, is in the shoot mode. The film unit has already confirmed that it will have a grand release on the 21st of August. The film is also aimed at a pan-India release, just like I’m Game.

Interestingly, there is a day gap between the two films, and the trade is already weighing the potential of these shows when clashed at the box office.

Nani and Dulquer are big stars across the South and undoubtedly enjoy a big fan base. However, The Paradise will not encounter the impact of this box office clash in Telugu and Kannada, but there will definitely be a hit in Tamil and Malayalam markets. However, The Paradise will have a chance over the Malayalam film in Hindi.

Interestingly, Kayadu Lohar plays the leading lady in both movies. By the time the films reach the promotions stage, the real impact will be witnessed and the film that gets a wie visibility will surely rake in big numbers at the box office.
