Rockstar Devi Sri Prasad is making his debut as a hero with Venu Yeldandi’a most ambitious project Yellamma, being produced by Dil Raju and Shirish on SVC banner. Already the title announcement glimpse received terrific response.
Meanwhile, DSP has released an exciting new video that captures the heart of traditional Indian folk art. It was shot entirely in his native village, Vedurupaka. Stepping out of the studio, he fully immersed himself in the village festival atmosphere, celebrating the talented local artists who keep these old traditions alive.
The video beautifully moves from peaceful aerial shots of the village to powerful, fire-filled performances by Jathara dancers. DSP is seen interacting with the community, learning from the makeup artists, and taking part in the lively street celebrations.
This colourful journey into village culture, strong rhythms, and ancient folklore sets the perfect creative mood for his upcoming film Yellamma. By reconnecting with his roots, DSP gives audiences a strong hint of the authenticity and emotion they can expect from the movie.
