Irumudi Release Triggers Fresh Doubts Over Paradise

Natural star Nani’s upcoming mass entertainer Paradise has generated a strong buzz, thanks to the solid impact created by the mind-blowing teaser and the thumping first single ‘Aaya Sher’.

Despite getting postponed from Summer, the hype surrounding this pan-India biggie didn’t get diluted because of the huge boost received during the recent IPL season in the form of countless edits and reels featuring Aaya Sher song, which went viral all over the country.

Anirudh’s terrific rendition and the powerful lyrics have received a unanimous response and translated the song into a social media phenomenon not just in Telugu but also in other languages. Trade circles are expecting that Paradise will have a sensational opening because of the massive hype in all territories.

But, here is a big question now. Will the film hit the screens on time ? The makers have already announced August 21st as the release date a few months ago. However, there is no other update from the team so far except for its response about the recent rumours on reshoots.

Though the production house maintains that Paradise is on track without any delays, Ravi Teja’s upcoming film Irumudi has now locked August 21 as its release date.

As Irumudi is coming from the stables from Mythri Movie Makers, which is in good relations with SLV Cinemas, the makers of Nani’s Paradise, there seems to be little chance for both movies to clash at the box office on August 21st.

The film is being mounted on a grand scale and billed as the costliest one in Nani’s career. Anirudh Ravichander and other technicians should work tirelessly to complete the post production formalities for the film to hit the screens on time.

So, the makers of Paradise should break the silence and end the ongoing suspense about the release date. It is unclear if they push the date it further or stick to their plans.

Nani’s previous collaboration with director Srikanth Odela turned out to be a blockbuster with Dasara. The duo is planning to deliver a bigger mass spectacle with an unconventional set-up. To continue the success streak, they should come up with an ideal date.
