Not just the Bollywood drugs row, even the Sandalwood scandal was a sensational one. After the detention of Ragini Dwivedi, ‘Bujjigadu’ actress Sanjjanaa Galrani was also arrested by the Bengaluru’s Central Crime Branch (CCB) police.
After nearly two and half months of spending in jail, the Karnataka High Court has granted bail to Sanjjanaa. Justice Shreeniwas Harish Kumar granted her bail on conditions subject to execution of personal bond of Rs. 3 Lakh with two sureties. Sanjjanna was also asked to make her personal attendance twice every month and cooperate with the police who are still probing the case.
Earlier Sanjjanaa had applied for bail in November first week. But then it was rejected and very recently she filed a fresh petition seeking bail and she cited health concerns. She is most likely to be out of jail by Saturday morning.
