Varanasi: Mahesh Babu’s Birthday Special Likely But…

SS Rajamouli gave an interview to an international publication.

During course of the interview, he also revealed the progress of Varanasi.

“What I can say is we have completed a major portion of the shoot, including all the important large-scale action sequences. We are now filming the smaller interconnecting scenes, so hopefully by September, or a little into October, we should be finishing the shoot,” Rajamouli said.

It is a good news that the shoot will be finish by October.

That is one checkbox done for the movie release on April 7, 2027.

But then, there is a huge task of VFX and Rajamouli is known to be uncompromising in that department.

But then, the fans will be hoping that the film would arrive on time because Varanasi will have an international release and it is important to proceed as per plan or else it will be a logistical nightmare to plan such a release.

So, they are hoping that Varanasi will release as planned.

Meanwhile, the update also gives hope for the fans that they can expect something from the film on August 9th as Mahesh Babu’s Birthday Special.

But then, it is not easy to give video content of the film as it is extremely laborious task.

It is unlikely that Rajamouli will release any video content until closer to the release as he already introduced the world of Varanasi with the glimpse released earlier.

So, we may expect a poster that day.
