Will Nagabandham & Rao Bahadur Extend The Box Office Party?

Tollywood has just witnessed the second best box office season this year after Sankranti. Firstly, Ram Charan’s much hyped Peddi became a major success in Telugu states and brought many people to the theaters during Summer. Soon after, Samantha’s new movie Maa Inti Bangaram became an even bigger hit.

Both these movies made a lot of money even though there were no big holidays or festivals in June. This proved that if a movie has a good story, people will love it and watch it irrespective of the season. Now, all eyes are on the upcoming July movies. Next Friday will see the release of Nagabandham and Rao Bahadur.

Nagabandham has been creating a lot of ripples among film lovers as the team put on an aggressive promotional campaign right from the beginning. The trailers and posters look very intriguing, making the audience eager to see what the film has to offer. It is written and directed by Abhishek Nama, who is also overseeing the film’s grand visual effects (VFX). Virat Karna is the lead protagonist.

On the other side, Rao Bahadur has managed to pique curiosity of moviegoers ever since the first look poster was unveiled. The content looks very strong and promising and gave an impression that this movie will rely on a solid story and great acting to win hearts. This psychological drama features the versatile Satya Dev playing the titular character. Venkatesh Maha is the director and Superstar Mahesh Babu is presenting it.

The big question now is whether these two new movies can keep the winning streak going. They both have a very good chance because the audience is already in a good mood to watch movies. If both of them get positive talk from the first day, they will have a clear run at the box office for a full week until the next big movie, Lenin, arrives on July 10.
