Will Varun & Gandhi Get Much Needed Hit with Kanakaraju?

Box Office success has been elusive for Varun Tej for a while now. The actor’s last commercial success was F3 for which he teamed up with Venkatesh and Anil Ravipudi.

Varun is now returning with Korean Kanakaraju, for which he collaborated with Merlapaka Gandhi. The duo needs the much needed hit at the BO.

Initially, Korean Kanakaraju got only decent attention owing to its title and Varun & Gandhi’s past track record. However, the recently released trailer has overturned the buzz and heightened the expectations.

The trailer upped the game as the film has an interesting premise of bringing a Korean ghost to Rayalaseema region, things get even more interesting.

Comedian Satya’s fun timing in the trailer is quite promising. Considering that Merlapaka Gandhi’s forte is comedy and proved his mettle with films like Venkatadri Express, Korean Kanakaraju has set expectations in trade circuits.

If everything works well in Kanakaraju’s favour, this will give the much needed success for both Varun Tej and Gandhi. As the film is set to hit screens on Aug 7, let’s wait and watch what is in store.
