Maremma Trailer: A Promising Debut Vehicle For Maadhav

Maadhav gets an interesting debut with a rural drama Maremma. As the movie is getting ready for release on September 10th, the makers came up with its theatrical trailer. Energetic Star Ram Pothineni has done the honours.
 
The narrative revolves around a village where a disturbing chain of events begins after a festival. Buffalos start dying mysteriously, leaving the villagers frightened and searching for answers. Their fears intensify but things calm down after the birth of a male buffalo named Maari. The protagonist raises and cares for Maari. As they grow up, the village once again finds itself facing similar circumstances, leading to growing panic and a wave of uncertainty.
 
The trailer gives Maadhav plenty of scope to showcase himself, and he appears to make the most of it. He fits the role of a rural youngster convincingly, with his body language, and intense performance giving the character a believable quality. Deepa Balu is paired opposite him, while Vinod Kumar, and Vikas Vasishta are the other important cast.
 
Director Mancherla Nagaraj takes a rooted approach instead of presenting the story as a conventional commercial drama. Prasanth Ankireddy’s visuals bring out the natural beauty and rawness of the village, while Prashanth R Vihari’s background score effectively amplifies the suspense. The production design also blends well with the setting.
 
Produced by Mayur Reddy Bandaru under the Moksha Arts banner, Maremma is shaping up as a promising debut vehicle for Maadhav. The trailer leaves enough unanswered to build curiosity for the film.
