Will Nani Crack The Hindi Market with ‘The Paradise’?

Nani is one of the few Telugu actors who consistently ups his game with every release. With ‘The Paradise,’ he will now hope to make a significant impact in the Hindi market. Nani’s last outing with director Srikanth Odela, titled Dasara, is expected to be a game-changer for the actor in Hindi, but unfortunately, it did not help. Now, Paradise can change the dynamics for Nani altogether, provided the team brews a strategy to make it work.

With Dasara, Nani gave his best at cracking the Hindi market. The film was backed by strong promotions and emotional storytelling against a rural backdrop. Rural Hindi audiences are instantly hooked by these things, but somehow the film failed to make a significant impact in the Hindi belt. But now, Paradise gives Nani another promising opportunity, and it already offers that assurance.

Both audio singles have already become big hits, especially “Aaya Sher,” which became a blockbuster with Hindi audiences as well, thanks to its aggressive use during the IPL season across stadiums.

The presence of hindi actors like Kill fame Raghav in the film is another plus point. The film’s mass setting and raw appeal could connect well with audiences, particularly in the North Indian rural belt. Nani’s physical appearance and the entire world are fascinating enough for the Hindi audiences to give it a try.

However, it will be interesting to see whether Nani comes up with more unique and aggressive promotions in the Hindi market this time, with Anirudh’s music potentially adding further momentum to the film’s appeal. With Dasara, Nani and Srikanth had enough learnings, and this time, the duo is expected to make no mistake in dominating the North belt.
