A completely new side of Dhruv Vikram is set to arrive on screen with Jackie, the latest Tamil production from Mythri Movie Makers. Known for backing ambitious projects across languages, the production banner led by Naveen Yerneni and Y Ravi Shankar is venturing into its next Tamil film, bringing together Dhruv and filmmaker Karan Aravind Kumar.
The film’s title and first-look poster have been unleashed. The makers have chosen a comic-book-themed design that gives Jackie a distinctive identity. Dhruv Vikram dominates the poster with an aggressive and stylish appearance. His stylish hairdo and intense gaze give him a rugged personality, while his extended fist underlines the film’s action-oriented nature.
Adding to the impact is the intriguing tagline, No Retakes Allowed, that complements Dhruv’s fierce look and builds anticipation about the kind of high-stakes world his character inhabits.
The technical department includes Santosh Narayanan scoring the music, Viki handling cinematography, and Jayasuriya taking care of editing. Vikram Mor will design the film’s action sequences.
The first look has successfully introduced Jackie as a stylish action entertainer, while leaving enough mystery around Dhruv Vikram’s character to make the upcoming film an intriguing prospect.
