Was Nelson In Talks With a Telugu Star Other Than NTR?

Director Nelson Dilipkumar is currently busy with Jailer 2 release, starring Superstar Rajinikanth. However, his much-discussed collaboration with NTR has once again become a topic of discussion among fans.

Producer Naga Vamsi had earlier confirmed that a film featuring NTR and Nelson was on the cards. The confirmation created considerable excitement, as the combination promised to be an interesting one.

However, things changed as Nelson got busy with Jailer 2. NTR was occupied with Dragon, which is reportedly planned as a two-part project. With such a big commitment, the actor’s dates remained packed for a considerable period.

This has raised questions about when the proposed film with Nelson could actually take off. Meanwhile, Nelson is focusing on Jailer 2, the sequel to his blockbuster film with Rajinikanth. The project has naturally become a major priority for the director, given the expectations surrounding it.

This situation has also triggered another interesting question. Was Nelson in talks with another Telugu star before finalising his plans for Jailer 2, or was the NTR project always intended to happen at a later stage?

For now, there is no official confirmation that Nelson has postponed or dropped his film with NTR. Fans will have to wait for clarity on the project, as both the director and the actor have major commitments ahead.
