Buchi Compares Vijay Devarakonda With Pawan Kalyan

Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika are coming up with Ranabaali, scheduled for a grand release on the 16th of this month. Directed by Rahul Sankrityan, the film is set against a period backdrop. The team celebrated the pre-release last night grandly, and many young directors attended the event to convey their best wishes to the team. During the event, Buchi Babu Sana compared Vijay to Pawan Kalyan.

Buchi Babu made his debut with Uppena, bankrolled by Mythri Movie Makers. Buchi shared that Geetha Govindam’s assistant director worked on Uppena and told an interesting incident that proves the range of Vijay.

“During the shoot of Geetha Govindam, the team was reportedly shooting in a college, and the female students went crazy to catch a glimpse of Vijay. The college management had locked the students inside the classrooms to control them,” said Buchi.

The Peddi director compared this incident to Pawan Kalyan’s craze. “The incident shows the craze of Vijay Deverakonda, and his range matches Powerstar Pawan Kalyan’s range,” said Buchi Babu.

In fact, Vijay Deverakonda enjoys a huge craze among the youth, especially girls. From the time of Pelli Choopulu, Vijay started to attract youth. Interestingly, Arjun Reddy also hiked the craze of Vijay and there was no going back. Despite flops, Pawan always commanded a huge fan base and so is Vijay.

With Ranabaali, Vijay aims to make a massive comeback and he is confident of the same.
