Priyanka, Avantika and Amita Rao Steal the Show at LA Awards

Priyanka Chopra Jonas was honoured with the Woman of Impact Award at the 2026 InStyle Imagemaker Awards in Los Angeles. The global star made a stunning appearance at the awards ceremony, turning heads in a dramatic pink two-piece ensemble. The blush-pink creation, from the Spring 2027 collection of Paris-based fashion label Matières Fécales, paired contemporary couture with intricate detailing, making her one of the evening’s standout personalities.

Held on October 15 at a private residence in Bel-Air, California, the third annual InStyle Imagemaker Awards celebrated the creative professionals behind some of Hollywood’s most memorable looks. The evening also saw the presence of Indian-origin actors Avantika Vandanapu and Amita Rao, bringing attention to the growing representation of South Asian talent in the international entertainment industry.

Avantika, who has Telugu roots, has been building her presence in Hollywood. She is known for her roles in Mean Girls and Senior Year and has been emerging as a familiar face among younger South Asian performers in Hollywood.

While the fashion statements made headlines, the central highlight of the evening was Priyanka’s recognition as a Woman of Impact. The honour acknowledged her contributions to entertainment and her efforts to challenge stereotypes, amplify women’s voices and create opportunities for women in Hollywood.
